What is Gloober?
Gloober costs 200 Bintar. The class page lists healing that is 50% more effective, a regen effect when you heal, and non-Gloober weapons at 50% strength. Smile More did not rewrite this perk block. A Heal me callout highlights Gloobnuts, player Gloobers, and active heal pads.

How do you use Gloober?
Use Gloober when the team dies between fights. You still need a plan for a threat that is already on the statue, because weaker off-class weapons will not carry that fight.
